Maths and fun were combined when 'Murderous Mathematician' Kjartan Poskitt visited the Royal Alexandra and Albert School on the 1st and 2nd of July. Pupils aged 9 to 13 took a break from lessons so see how maths could be viewed in a totally different, and very entertaining, way.

Diet Coke and a packet of Mentos were the key elements of a winning design by pupils or the Royal Alexandra and Albert School in The Surrey Satro Festival of Science and Engineering on 24th June 2010.

We are students from Wymondham College. Last year Fry boarding house organised a charity week 'Dash to Darfur' which was a great success. Because of the overwhelming amount of support this event received, we have decided to do it again this year!

Lancaster Royal Grammar School was delighted to welcome cricketing legend Sir Garfield Sobers at the school last week. Former West Indies captain Sir Garfield, who is considered one of the greatest ever all-round cricketers and famed for his six sixes in one over in 1968, visited pupils and parents at Lancaster Royal Grammar School.
