New Head for LRGS

GCSEs grades: another year, another increase

Once again, pupils at the Royal Alexandra and Albert School have achieved record GCSE results. 68% of pupils achieved 5 or more GCSEs including English and Maths which is well above the national average.

A World Class Week @ Wymondham

Wymondham College is celebrating a hugely successful finale to its 60th Anniversary celebrations. The World Class@Wymondham event saw 42 visitors from French, German and Ugandan partner schools live and work alongside College students.

Wymondham College students picked up the prestigious award for "Best Layout and Design" for the College Magazine at the Shine Media Awards last week. They were also commended in two other categories.

HRH PRINCE EDWARD OPENS NEW BOARDING FACILITY FOR SHAFTESBURY SCHOOL

HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, visited Shaftesbury School in Dorset on 21st June, to officially open the newly refurbished and extended Boarding facilities at Barton Hill House.

LRGS athletes are northern champions

Lancaster Royal Grammar School athletes are northern champions, winning the trophy and all three age group events at the HMC Northern Schools Athletics Championship recently.
